Dr. Mythili is many things, though by profession she is an assistant professor working at the College of Banking and Financial Studies in Muscat, where she has led modules in strategic management, international business and organizational behavior since 2017. She holds a PhD in strategic management from Andhra University and is a certified Strategy Planning Professional (SPP).

While being directly involved in teaching, mentoring and consulting across the Middle East, Asia and North America for the last 24 years, she is well-versed in human behavior, motivation, leadership and business management.

On stage Mythili's presence amplifies when delivering keynotes and presentations, she was presented with more than 50 opportunities to express her voice in conferences across the world ranging from; Muscat, Rome, London, Osaka and Bangalore. Her work found recognition in the form of many awards, some of them include the Inspiring Women Scientist Award, (2026) the MTC Global Outstanding Research Scholar Award, (2025), the Excellent Academician Award (2026). She is also listed among Vevox's Top 50 Voices to Follow in Higher Education (2026).

Known for her disciplined approach to time management; often a source of admiration and occasional amazement for her son and husband; she structures her days with purpose. Writing stands at the core of her passion and pursuits, reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications in Scopus-indexed journals and contributed chapters with Palgrave Macmillan. She has authored over 90+ articles for the Oman Daily Observer, maintaining a consistent weekly column published every Monday. For readers inclined toward long-form scholarship, she is the author of Future of Work & Perspectives on Leadership: A Knowledge Oman Story. Mindfulness another discipline she explores is captured on paper and will be released in mid-2027, explores the enduring tension between work and productivity, positioning mindfulness as a critical pathway to enhanced well-being.

A loving wife and mother who wears various hats to play the needed role in supporting the hustle and bustle of an Indian household. Yet when the day quietens, her creative side blossoms to produce paintings and poems. With humility, she also shares that cooking is another of her passions, one that is deeply appreciated by her husband, son, family, and friends. They often say her food tastes divine and does far more than simply satisfy hunger. It not only fills the stomach, but also fills the heart with warmth and contentment.
